The Cyprus is a new paddle. Built upon the successful Ikelos paddle, but with a smaller blade to apeal to the average paddlers.
Foam Core paddles are light and have lots of flotation. The blade floats to the surface making the exit phase of the forward stroke easier. While this is a proven design we still want to know how it holds up over a few years of hard use. After one full year of banging our personal form core paddlers around, we can say they hold up great. Because of the added thickness and double edge the foam core paddles might hold up better than the non-foam core paddlers.
The Cyprus is a medium sized high angle blade. Good for the 205 cm to 220 cm lengths.
