Supratex is stretchier than the old style of neoprene. The EZ uses a loose fit shockcord that is easy to get on and off the cockpit. The durability is as good or better than normal neoprene. Supratex decks are the best fitting skirt for the keyhole cockpits, and gives plastic kayaks a much dryer ride.

We find neoprene spray skirts warmer in winter and drier when you roll in summer as less water will into the cockpit.
